Shipments and returns

Delivery Times

Stock items are usually despatched within 2-3 days on a next working day delivery basis. Branded kits are usually despatched within 10 days of order on a next day delivery basis, if printing and embroidery is required please allow upto 21 days

Please ensure that the delivery address can accept and sign for delivery between 8am and 6pm. If deliveries are left without signature we cannot accept liability.

Postage and Packaging will be charged at £8.95 for all orders to mainland UK, if you are only purchasing a couple of small items or samples, please contact us on 02476 351490 for a shipping quote.

Returns

You have statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you can return any non personalised items within 7 days of receipt at your own expense. Please contact us by phone or email prior to any returns being sent.

It is the customers responsibility to order the correct sizes and quantities as the following suppliers do not accept returns - Nike, Adidas, Puma, Stanno, Pro Star, Joma, Hummel. If these suppliers agree to exchange or take back goods, any restocking fee will have to be paid by the customer. This does not effect your statutory rights.
